Bra Sizing
Following the simple steps below will help you get the best fit and most Breast Regards product comfort and satisfaction by determining your bra size.

What Do I Need To Figure Out My Bra Size?:

  • A note pad
  • A pen or pencil
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Tape Measure - a fabric one (metal's too cold).
  • Breasts

What Do I Need To Do?
It may help if someone lends a helping hand but you can do this solo. Working in front of a mirror can is important if you're doing this by yourself. That way you can make sure the measure tape is even and level.

What Do I Do First?:

The first measurement is for the band size. To get this measurement, run the measure tape just under the breasts, around the rib cage. Add 5" to the number on the measure tape and set aside.

What Do I Do Second?:

Now run the measure tape directly across the nipples, around the chest. Keep the tape straight and don't pull tight. Mark the number of the measure tape down.

What Do I Do Third?:

Subtract the number from Step One (rib cage size plus 5") from the number from Step Two. The resulting number indicates your cup size. Every inch of difference equals the cup size as follows:
0-1" is cup size A
2" is cup size B
3" is cup size C
4" + (you probably don't need a Gel BraTM)
